Clothing:
The uniform must be white or off-white only.
Men: white trousers, white shirts, and white socks
Women: white blouse with sleeves, long white pants or long skirts, and white socks. The underwear must be a similar color to the uniform. No jewelry of any kind. Hair must be tied.
Participation in this meditation retreat is entirely voluntary.
By attending, participants acknowledge and accept that travel, physical activities, environmental changes, or other circumstances may carry inherent risks to their physical or emotional well-being.
The temple and event organizers are not responsible for any injury, illness, loss, or damage that may occur during the course of participation,
We kindly encourage all participants to care for themselves mindfully and to hold responsibility for their well-being throughout the retreat.

7:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m. Breakfast
8:30 a.m.-10:30 a.m. Practice Meditation
11:00 a.m. Lunch
1:00 p.m.-4:00 p.m. Practice Meditation
4:00 p.m.-6:00 p.m. Beverages/Personal Time
6:00 p.m.-8:00 p.m. Evening Chanting/Practice Meditation
8:00 p.m.-9:00 p.m. Listen to Dhamma Talk
Closing Day
4:30 a.m.-6:00 a.m. Morning Chanting and practice meditation
7:00 a.m.-8:00 a.m. Breakfast
8:30 a.m. Closing Ceremony
10:30 a.m. Monks go on Alms round
11:00 a.m. Lunch
You will strictly practice the eight precepts of Buddhism. No exceptions.
