Monday Night Meditation Class
Join us every Monday evening from 7:00-9:00 p.m. for a meditation class taught in English. Each session begins with evening chanting, followed by walking meditation, sitting meditation, a Dharma talk, and concludes with a Q&A session.
This class is open to all levels of experience, whether you are new to meditation or an experienced practitioner, you are warmly welcome to join.
